    The machine is most likely leaking because the water level in the dirty water tank has exceeded the MAX line. Please ensure you empty the tank before the water reaches this maximum indicator line to prevent leakage and ensure optimal performance.

  • Does it leave any streaks or watermarks after use?

    No! Our squeegee features a high-precision rubber blade that glides smoothly to remove all water. If stripes appear due to the bending of the rubber scraper, the scraper can be pulled out, flipped over and reassembled for reuse. (Replace if worn.)

  • How do I clean and maintain the suction head to prevent clogs?

    Maintenance is simple. After use, detach the suction head and rinse it with clean water to remove any debris. Ensure it's completely dry before storing. We recommend checking and cleaning it regularly to maintain optimal suction power.

Processing
